What Is CA San Diego Unit? CA San Diego (SD) is a unit of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PARLIAMENTARIANS (NAP). The NAP was formed for studying, teaching, promoting, and disseminating the philosophy and principles underlying the rules of deliberative assemblies (parliamentary procedure).

CA SD is affiliated with the California State Association of Parliamentarians (CSAP), which was formed in 1960 to bring into closer cooperation the parliamentarians of the State of California, to promote interest in parliamentary law, and to further the purposes of the NAP, of which it is a chartered group.
